As the Saunders family picks up the pieces from the past year dealing with grief and their new normal. Enemies find their way closing in from all directions and the person who feels that the most is Lexy Saunders. As the baby of the family and right hand to her mother, Rosalyn Saunders. Lexy has always had  an air of confidence in the fact that Rosalyn kept their family safe and hidden, until her life is turned upside down by the fallout of her mother’s decisions. Lexy now has to decide how to move forward from the sting of betrayal she feels and navigate her thirst for revenge on the one man responsible for her pain without pushing everyone she loves away.
